Kyrgyzstan

The Pamir-Alai Transboundary Conservancy Area (PATCA) project is a European Union funded initiative to establish a transnational conservation area covering the Alai Valley in southern Kyrgyzstan and part of the GBAO region of northern Tajikistan.

I was hired as a consultant to build a database system to support biodiversity monitoring work, and to construct a GIS for the project.
